Who, What And Where ?
Being able to see who is on your sites is an
essential tool. The GeoMapper module was
developed by Urgent Technology for
eMaintenance to give total transparency for all maintenance activity. With just a few mouse clicks it is possible to see a live map of every site within your network and see where contractors are
carrying out work. From the map view users are also able to see the Job details, along with the contractors contact details. The GeoMapper also goes hand in hand with the Saftey Audit Module. By knowing who is on your sites in real time it is easy to arrive unannounced at a site to conduct a safety audit.

Complete Transparency
With eMaintenance it’s easy to see all aspects of your maintenance operations. Jobs are
displayed in the Management portal and can be navigated via a logical user friendly interface. As jobs are updated in the field the changes are displayed on the individual job tickets. Any change or addition that is made to the ticket is marked with a time and date stamp, giving you a complete work history for each job. From this you can easily see:
- Which site the job originates from
- Who logged the job and when
- Any attachments (notes, pictures etc.)
- Which contractor has been assigned to the job
- When the contractor accepted the job
- The contractor's SLA
- If the contractor is currently on site attending the job
- When the job has been completed

For Your Approval
The invoice approval module helps users
monitor and approve invoices submitted by
contractors. It is easy to view invoices received. An intuitive interface will allow you to view
invoices by time period (eg. month, fiscal year), location, contractor or any other criteria you might like to specify. The option to ‘bulk’ approve invoices or if you prefer the option to
individually approve is available. eMaintenance will also interface with your existing financial
software system.
