This is the site/store gateway to eMaintenance. Site managers are able to easily log, chase and cancel job tickets within a few seconds. Users are also able to upload images to assist engineers with their repairs.
This function offers new users a short demonstration video detailing the basic functions of logging & tracking jobs. Admins are able to setup a short quiz to determine if a user has the basic knowledge to operate eMaintenance.
eMaintenance will notify contractors of jobs via any method specified, Usually these methods consist of Phone, Text Message, Fax, eMail and of course their own contractor portal. Contractors are able to set different methods for different times of the day, eg. SMS for out of hours notification.
Gives the user the option of ‘bulk’ approving invoices or individually.
eMaintenance will interface with your existing software system giving you a seamless operation between current practices and eMaintenance.
The IVR gives the same functionality as the Store/Site portal only over the phone! Users are able to Log & chase calls from any phone. Users are also able to attach a 'Voice Mail' to a job ticket leaving relevant details of the fault.
Upon logging in the IVR will ask the contractor questions to determine if the contractor has had the relevant training to carry out the job required of them.
The IVR will notify the contractor if there is another job taking place at the same site that may convict with their own.
We understand that Managers are not always tied to their computers, With Mobile Logging users are able to log job tickets via an internet enabled device such as PDA iPad/iPhone or other smart phone. If using a camera enabled smart phone users are also able to send in pictures or video via MMS( Multimedia Messaging Service).
Contractors use the IVR to login & logout when attending a job, This gives a real-time view in the management portal showing how long contractors are on site.
The GeoMapper is your one stop shop for up to the second real-time data. Integrating Google maps GeoMapper displays locations of your sites that are currently in attendance by an engineer. You can also call up the engineer details by clicking on the relevant marker on the site map.
This module works hand in hand with the GeoMapper, by viewing the live map you can easily visit a site where a contractor is in attendance and conduct a ‘surprise’ safety audit, giving you a clear picture of what is going on at ground level.
This is your reporting hub, from here you can create your own reports, call upon a list of pre determined reports and set the frequency of the reports delivery.
eMaintenance generate files based on your data for use with major spreadsheet applications such as Excel. Giving you the the power to use your data how you wish.
Easily keep track of which assets are underperforming by monitoring your MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) & EFH (Equipment Failure Hours). ERS also tracks equipment inspection schedules, legal compliance of sites and manages lease agreements/rent payments.
The eMaintenance help desk is available 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Accessible via eMail or phone a trained operator awaits your call.
Engineers at Urgent Technology have access to the technology to assume control of your machine to correct any problems.
Should your primary server fail, eMaintenance will roll over to Urgent Technology’s dedicated failover servers until the primary server is online.
Most users are able to use eMaintenance with little or no training. However should you need it, full training can be issued. An instructor can visit individual sites or if preferred hold a web training session.
