Urgent Technology Ltd. was founded in 1997, to provide effective and reasonably priced IT services and support. With our offices in the UK, USA and India we have a proven track record for providing first class global coverage. Whilst gaining a sturdy reputation through its business partners, we were quick to respond to the ever changing needs of the market and diversified in to web related services. Since taking its first steps in web development, developing small intranets, Urgent Technology has moved on to the global stage, developing mass market, multi-lingual applications for major blue chip clients. Today, Urgent Technology is a multi national company providing best in class services to our customers around the world. Our primary focus is to consistently exceed our customer expectations in all that we do.
In June 2010 Urgent Technology joined the Techniche family. Techniche Limited is a global investor in profitable innovative technology products and companies. Headquartered in Brisbane, Australia, Techniche comprises a group of technology companies and investments, primarily focused in clean technology and technology services.
Since eMaintenance was first trialled with BP in the UK back in 2003, it has gone from strength to strength, being rolled out across the BP UK network the following year, and then in 2004 released in the Netherlands. 2005 was a real growth year for Urgent Technology, seeing eMaintenance rolled out in seven countries across Europe and a pilot programme begin for a US version of the system. Growth of the system has continued year on year since the initial UK pilot and eMaintenance is now being used by companies in 16 countries worldwide, with the latest to come on board being Australia and New Zealand. eMaintenance is being used by blue chip companies in a wide variety of sectors, including food, healthcare & retail. eMaintenance is seen as an essential tool for any company looking to save money from their maintenance budget, through total transparency.
