What is eMaintenance?
Urgent Technology’s eMaintenance system is a robust and user-friendly web and auto-phone solution designed to capture and complete maintenance requests.
eMaintenance is primarily used for geographically diverse locations, in particular retail chains that want to understand and organise their maintenance activities in a more efficient way.
Customers or sites are provided an intuitive web and phone system to request, follow up or cancel maintenance requests. Requests are either sent directly to the maintenance contractor or require approval. This is configured by the systems easy to use administration modules.
Contractors receive the work instructions via multiple methods including email, SMS, fax or outbound automated phone. When arriving at site, the contractor checks in using the eMaintenance automated phone system. This updates the status of the ticket in real time, allowing for full visibility of current job statuses across your network, for every ticket. eMaintenance includes a flexible and intuitive reporting suite to generate appropriate reports for understanding maintenance operations. Eg. Contractor SLA compliance, equipment downtime and Site Feedback. It provides the link between site managers, contracting companies and the maintenance team across all locations, locally and globally.
